Portsmouth's Visitor Information Centres pride themselves on offering a warm quality welcome to all visitors. While browsing through the site you will see that in the "Somewhere to Stay" and "Things to do" sections we have indicated when establishments are able to offer specific facilities for visitors with disabilities.

The Visitor Information Centres themselves are fully accessible for disabled visitors and staff are trained in disability awareness. We stock some information in large print, on audio tape and in braille and provide a hearing loop system and magnifying glass for customers' use.
