Answer your e-mail enquiries within 24 hours
Despatch information requested by post within 3 days of your initial enquiry
Provide a comprehensive accommodation reservation service
Keep customers informed of what we are doing, including new services and improvements
Portsmouth VIS Complaint Procedure
If you wish to make a complaint we aim to:
Listen and take it seriously
Investigate fully and respond promptly
Keep you informed should your complaint take more than 7 days to resolve
Resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction.
